ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
PLEASE READ THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING STUDIO MANAGEMENT PRO.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules, conduct requirements, and prohibited activities governing the access to and use of the Studio Management PRO multi-tenant software application, client portals, teacher interfaces, student portals, APIs, and associated cloud infrastructure (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services") owned and operated by 4Sight Designz Ltd. ("Company", "4Sight", "we", "us", or "our").
This AUP applies to all studio owners, studio administrators, instructors, teachers, students, dancers, parents, guardians, API consumers, and other users who access or interact with Studio Management PRO ("User", "you", or "your").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Studio Management PRO, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and legal enforcement where appropriate.
1. GENERAL SYSTEM INTENT & FAIR USE
Studio Management PRO is designed specifically as an enterprise management, scheduling, administration, and communication platform for dance studios, performing arts academies, instructional centers, and fitness workshops.
You agree to use the Platform strictly for its intended operational purposes and in a manner that maintains the stability, performance, security, and integrity of our shared multi-tenant cloud environment.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & CONDUCT
When accessing or using Studio Management PRO, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in, attempting to engage in, or facilitating any of the following activities:
CATEGORIES OF PROHIBITED CONDUCT
| Category | Prohibited Action |
|---|---|
| System Infrastructure | Vulnerability scanning, probing, reverse engineering |
| Content & Data | Uploading malware, pirated files, or illegal media |
| Messaging & Outreach | Unsolicited bulk spamming via WhatsApp, email, SMS |
| Authentication & Access | Credential sharing, unauthorized tenant access |
2.1 Security Abuse & Reverse Engineering
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other tenant databases, server infrastructure, or interconnected networks.
- Probing & Vulnerability Scanning: Testing, scanning, probing, or auditing the vulnerability of our servers, APIs, or cloud systems without explicit prior written authorization from 4Sight Designz Ltd.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, deciphering, or reverse engineering any portion of the source code, database structures, or underlying algorithms of Studio Management PRO.
- Bypassing Protections: Circumventing, modifying, or defeating any security features, authentication protocols, rate limiters, or access control mechanisms.
2.2 System & Network Abuse
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS): Launching or facilitating attacks that overload, flood, ping, or disrupt system responsiveness or cloud infrastructure performance.
- Automated Scraping & Bots: Deploying unauthorized web crawlers, bots, scrapers, data-mining software, or automated scripts to extract platform data or systematically capture content.
- Storage & Resource Abuse: Utilizing cloud file attachment modules, document vaults, or media storage tools to host non-studio-related bulk media, video archives, software installers, or illegal files.
2.3 Illegal, Harmful, or Infringing Content
- Unlawful Content: Uploading, storing, distributing, or transmitting any data, image, text, or media that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit.

- Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, distributing, or sharing copyrighted music, choreography videos, documents, trademarks, or proprietary materials without legal authorization or license.
- Fraud & Deception: Engaging in fraudulent activities, identity theft, financial misrepresentation, or issuing deceptive student billing charges.
2.4 Messaging, Email & API Abuse
- Spam & Bulk Unsolicited Messages: Utilizing integrated messaging modules (including WhatsApp Business API, email dispatchers, or SMS notifications) to send unsolicited commercial messages, marketing spam, or bulk communications to recipients who have not explicitly opted in.
- Carrier Compliance Violations: Violating messaging compliance standards established by regional telecommunications carriers or third-party messaging platforms (e.g., Meta WhatsApp Business Policies).
- API Rate Limit Abuse: Exceeding designated API request limits, making rapid programmatic polling calls, or abusing webhooks in a manner that degrades service quality for other system tenants.
2.5 Credential & Account Sharing
- Account Impersonation: Impersonating any person, business owner, instructor, or student, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any studio entity.
- Credential Sharing: Sharing administrative credentials, API keys, or access tokens across unauthorized third parties outside your designated studio staff roles.
3. FAIR USAGE RESOURCE LIMITS
To preserve system responsiveness across our multi-tenant architecture, 4Sight Designz Ltd. enforces reasonable fair usage allocations based on your active Subscription Plan tier:
- Storage Allocations: Cloud document and media storage limits are defined per plan tier. System storage must be used exclusively for studio operations (e.g., student waivers, registration forms, class audio clips, and operational PDFs).
- API & Webhook Usage: Programmatic API calls are subject to rate limits (e.g., requests per minute/day) to prevent database lockups.
- Automated Messaging Limits: WhatsApp and email dispatch queues are governed by daily volume caps to prevent messaging gateway blacklisting.
Accounts exceeding fair usage limits may be prompted to upgrade their Subscription Plan or face automated throttling.
4. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
4.1 Platform Monitoring
4Sight Designz Ltd. reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor system logs, API traffic patterns, storage allocations, and message transmission volumes to ensure platform security, verify system health, and enforce compliance with this AUP.
4.2 Investigation of Violations
If we receive a report or detect activity indicating a potential violation of this AUP, 4Sight Designz Ltd. may initiate an internal review. During an investigation, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict or suspend account access to protect our infrastructure and users.
5. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS
If 4Sight Designz Ltd. determines, in its sole discretion, that a User or tenant account has violated any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Formal Warning: Issue a formal written notice detailing the violation and requesting immediate corrective action.
- Content Removal: Remove, delete, or block access to infringing or illegal content uploaded to the Platform.
- Feature Restriction: Disable or limit access to specific modules (e.g., suspending WhatsApp messaging queues, restricting storage uploads, or revoking API keys).
- Account Suspension: Temporarily suspend studio or user account access until the issue is resolved to 4Sight's satisfaction.
- Account Termination: Permanently terminate the Master Subscription Agreement and purge the account for material or repeated violations, without entitlement to a refund.
- Legal Action: Report illegal activities, fraud, or child safety violations to law enforcement authorities and pursue legal remedies in court where warranted.
