2. Provisioning & Account Responsibilities

Each studio provisioned receives a private database instance (`[subdomain].app.com`). As a Studio Administrator:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your studio instance by staff, instructors, parents, and students.
• You must immediately notify Studio Pro support of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation

Studio Pro operates on a transparent, 30-day billing cycle via WiPay integration:

• 14-Day Trial: New studios enjoy full access for 14 days without entering credit card details.
• Pay-As-You-Go 30-Day Billing: Subscriptions are renewed every 30 days. There are no mandatory annual lock-in contracts or hidden cancellation penalties.
• Account Suspension: If payment is not completed at the end of a billing period, the studio portal moves to a paused state. Data remains intact and will be unlocked upon payment.

4. Acceptable Use & Digital Waivers

Studios are solely responsible for ensuring that the legal language included in their digital waivers and agreements complies with local jurisdictional laws. Studio Pro provides customizable waiver templates for convenience only and does not provide legal advice.

5. Service Availability & Support

We strive for 99.9% platform uptime across our multi-tenant infrastructure. Regular database backups are performed automatically. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted access, Studio Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
